This is the CubicleFit Pilates Ring. This power resistance thigh band can work so much more than just your thighs. Upon being approved for this awesome fitness tool, I began my research for ways to use it. There are so many different exercises you can do utilizing this ring. I personally mostly use it for my thighs and my abs. It is a great workout tool for both. To work my thighs I place it near my knees and squeeze and I can almost immediately begin to feel the burn. Then I do crunches with it. I place the ring behind my head and it helps support my head and neck while doing the crunches so it helps reduce the amount of neck pain I have afterward. If you search for exercises for the pilates ring you will find tons of ideas and the more I get into my workout routine, the more I will add to my routine. I especially love this because it isn't big and bulky but there are a lot of ways you can use it and it is compact enough to take with you whether to the office or while traveling.
