My granddaughter has an allergy to milk and also has Eczema, when she drinks milk she seems to break out more and has more problems with her Eczema, so my daughter tries to do whatever she can to prevent that from happening. I'm not sure what the steps were that my daughter took when making the yogurt except that she used Coconut milk to make it with. My daughter said the yogurt that she made with the Yogurt Starter Cultures from Natural Probiotic Selection turned out good and my granddaughter liked eating it. The yogurt starter cultures is a pure bacterial blend of cultures made in laboratory environment away from additives, maltodextrin, gluten and GMO and Contains live active bacteria like Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies Bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilous. One sachet is enough to make 1 quart of plain, slightly tart in taste yogurt and re-cultured after. I purchased the Pack of 3 Freeze-dried Culture Sachets for making the Authentic Bulgarian Yogurt and the Pack of 5 Freeze-dried Culture Sachets for making the Balkan Style Plain Yogurt for my daughter to make different yogurts with. I received this product for a discount for testing, and I'm not under any obligation to write a review, but the choice is my own, and I didn't receive any additional compensation.
