This is the "What do I Feel?" Give'n'Get game by Michal Laufer. It is a unique 44-piece educational game that helps stimulate conversation with your children to talk about their feelings and emotions. This is a fun and educational card game for ages 4 and older. You collect sets of 4 cards and the one with the most sets wins. Encourages dialogue and cooperation in young ones while cultivating verbal capabilities of emotions. This game helps kids develop the ability to pay attention to the feelings of others and learn to express their feelings logically. This is a great game for any child but it is especially great for those children with autism. My 5-year-old daughter has autism and while she does understand a little about feelings sometimes she has a hard time reading how others are feeling or being able to express vocally how she is feeling. We are always having to remind her to use her words instead of just her actions. She has issues acting out her frustrations and anger or sadness instead of telling us what is bothering her. She also tends to shut down with "negatives" like if something negative comes on T.V. or her tablet she would rather turn it or run and hide instead of trying to understand why the person is sad or angry. She has always been this way and it makes it difficult for us to be able to communicate with her when she is hurt, angry, or sad. This game is great so we can try to encourage her to open up and understand the feelings, instead of shut down and hide from them. Please click the link below to view the product.
